RYUKA PRINT STANDARD PLAN

Instead of delivering pots, we deliver data for you to make them at your location.

RYUKA PRINT offers digital products for manufacturing RYUKA BLOCK POTs with compatible 3D printers. This is not a product for delivering completed plant pots.

From Purchase to Printing

01 | Choose a product

On the product page, choose a product after checking the following:

• Form: CUBE, OCTAGON, HEXAGON
• Flower block pattern: All 17 types
• Size: S, M and L (these follow the traditional Japanese "gō" pot-size scale, not US sizing)

The right to purchase is per digital product unit. Products with different shapes, patterns, and sizes are treated as separate digital products.

02 | Check compatibility conditions

We support 14 models from 4 manufacturers. Please check if your printer is included before purchasing.

Basic printing conditions are 0.4mm nozzle, 0.20mm layer height, PLA or PLA Matte, and no support material. For details, please check "Compatible Models and Printing Conditions."

03 | Purchase

Confirm the product name, pattern, shape, size, and price, then complete the purchase process. Displayed prices include tax.

You do not need to choose a printer model at the time of purchase. You will select the model after purchase.

04 | Open My Page

The order confirmation email sent after payment verification contains instructions for accessing My Page. Open My Page from the button in the email and enter the following two items:

• Order number (listed in the order confirmation email; e.g., #1001)
• Email address used for the order

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

05 | Select the printer model to use

On My Page, select your printer model, and the 3D print data (G-code) specifically for that model will be prepared.

To maintain quality and safety, please use the data as is without changing the content or print settings. Reslicing or adding support material may significantly increase material consumption and printing time, and it may become impossible to remove the support material from inside the pot.

06 | Download two files

The pot body and dedicated saucer are separate files. Please download both.

There is no limit to the number of downloads, and there is no expiration date for use. Even if you delete the files or replace your computer, you can retrieve them again from My Page.

The data may not be shared, transferred, distributed, or publicly disclosed to third parties.

07 | Print the pot body and dedicated saucer

Check your 3D printer and printing environment, then print the pot body and dedicated saucer separately. Support material is not required.

The distributed data is created based on Bambu PLA Matte. If you are using filament from another manufacturer, we recommend performing "Dynamic Flow Calibration" before printing. Without it, stringing or blobs may occur in the gyroid structure inside the pot.

After printing, please check the slits, bottom, inner ribs, pattern openings, and the fit with the saucer before use.

If you purchase a new printer

You can simply reselect the model from My Page. There are no additional costs. You do not need to repurchase the same product.

What you can do with the STANDARD PLAN

• Print and use purchased digital products for personal use.
• Sell finished products printed from purchased digital products.
• Use purchased digital products indefinitely.
• Re-select the machine to use from the 14 compatible models.

What you cannot do

• Sell the 3D print data itself.
• Share, distribute, transfer, or publicly disclose the data to third parties.
• Manufacture or sell shapes, patterns, or sizes that have not been purchased.
• Make representations that falsely suggest being an official manufacturer or agent of Ryukyu Hanabachi.

About Support

Our store responds to inquiries regarding the data we provide, such as data acquisition, file content, and discrepancies with ordered products.

All distributed data for all models has undergone preset inspection, full G-code safety inspection, outlier inspection, and checksum verification. However, our in-house print verification has only been performed with the Bambu Lab A1 mini.

For initial setup of the 3D printer, general operation, malfunctions, repairs, general use of slicer software, and issues caused by filament and printing environment, please use the support provided by each manufacturer.
