Additional Costs
Customers are responsible for internet access fees, data communication charges, and any other costs required to browse the website, download digital products, or contact us.
Customers are also responsible for the cost of the 3D printer, filament, electricity, and any other equipment, materials, or expenses required for printing. No shipping fee applies to digital products.

Payment can be made by credit card through Shopify Payments.
Payment Timing
Payment is processed when the order is placed. The actual date on which the amount is charged or withdrawn depends on the terms of the customer’s card issuer.
Delivery Time
Digital products, including 3D printing data, are generally made available immediately after payment has been confirmed.
If delivery is delayed because of a system failure, payment verification, security review, or other circumstances, we will respond promptly after confirming the issue.
Delivery Method
After payment has been confirmed, instructions for accessing the dedicated download page will be included in the order confirmation email.
On the dedicated page, enter the order number and the email address used for the order, then select the 3D printer model you use. You will then be able to download two files prepared specifically for that printer model: the plant pot file and the matching saucer file.
There is no download limit or expiration date, except where your rights end or are suspended under our Terms of Service.
Order Validity Period
If a sales period, application deadline, quantity limit, or other restriction is specified on a product page, the conditions displayed on that page will apply. If no such information is displayed, there is no specific order deadline.
System and Usage Requirements for Digital Products
A compatible 3D printer specified by our store is required. Compatible printer models, nozzle diameter, materials, printing conditions, and file formats are displayed on each product page and on the “Compatible Printers and Printing Conditions” page.
The standard printing conditions are a 0.4 mm nozzle, a 0.20 mm layer height, PLA or PLA Matte filament, and no supports.
Each distributed file contains machine-specific control data for the 3D printer model selected by the customer. The file cannot be used with a printer model other than the selected model.
Printing results may vary depending on the filament manufacturer and material used. Where necessary, customers should perform flow calibration or other adjustments appropriate for their printer and material.
Before purchasing, please confirm that your 3D printer, nozzle diameter, material, and other usage conditions meet the compatibility requirements displayed on the product page.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds requested for the customer’s convenience are generally not accepted after the data has been provided or downloading has begun.
If incorrect data is provided, a file is corrupted, or the product cannot be used in the compatible environment stated on the product page because of an issue attributable to our store, we will provide corrected data, repair or replace the file, or issue a refund as appropriate.
If you experience a problem, please contact us and include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, your 3D printer model, and details of the issue.
When we process a full refund for a product, the license and any further download rights for that product end at that point. Only the rights for the refunded product end; the rights for other products in the same order are not affected.
Partial refunds, and cancellations that do not involve a refund, are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

License and Terms of Use
RYUKA PRINT 3D printing data is subject to the applicable product page, Terms of Service, and the license conditions assigned to each product.
Under the RYUKA PRINT STANDARD PLAN, customers may use purchased digital products for their own personal use and may sell finished physical items 3D printed directly from the designated data provided by our store.
Reselling, distributing, sharing, transferring, reproducing, publicly displaying, distributing modified versions of, or otherwise providing the digital data itself to any third party is prohibited.
The right to sell finished printed items applies only to the products purchased. To sell finished items in another pattern, shape, or size, the corresponding digital product must be purchased separately.
Sales Quantities and Other Conditions
Any limits relating to sales quantities, eligible regions, compatible printer models, or other conditions will be displayed on the applicable product page.
